About Hebe

In 2018 I completed my 200 hours yoga teacher training at Govardhan Eco Village in Maharashtra, India. Prior to leaving, I’d been practising yoga for years alongside my mother who, without me realising, was teaching me the basic element of pranayama when I was stressed, and gentle flow sequences to help my movement.

I came to my own practice while at university in London, but found the ‘scene’ a little overwhelming. I wasn’t wearing the right clothes, flexible enough or my body didn’t ‘fit’ in the way it should.

Background

My early experiences of yoga, as well as my work as a Nutritionist, has heavily influenced, inspired and motivated my teaching. I teach to culture a feeling of inclusion and accessibility, hold space and develop understanding to support all students. My classes are person-centred, beginner-friendly, rooted in mindfulness and breathwork. Encouraging curiosity about our bodies and movement without judgement.

Private Classes

I offer small classes on a 1-1 basis or small groups. These can be specifically tailored to you and your needs. These are great if you’ve never tried yoga before or are nervous about group classes.

Corporate Classes

Yoga is a great addition to any client wellness program. Classes can be offered on zoom at a variety of times flexible to your teams.
